Recently expanding her focus to include conditioning and running, she is currently completing her 2nd HYROX, bringing a wealth of firsthand experience to her coaching. As an Academy Certified Holistic Health Coach, Christina specialises in nutrition and fitness coaching designed for sustainable, life-long change. Having experienced the frustration of yo-yo dieting herself, she is passionate about helping clients break free from quick fixes and fad diets, showing them how to enjoy the foods they love while achieving the body and mindset of their dreams. Christina works with both men and women, from busy professionals to those seeking fat loss, strength improvements, or fitness goal achievement. With five years of online coaching experience, she provides simple, enjoyable, and effective nutrition and training plans, alongside her 1:1 personal training sessions. Her results-driven yet lifestyle friendly approach ensures every client feels supported, empowered, and equipped to transform not just their body, but their life.
