With over 10 years experience in the food industry and coaching for the last 5 years after finding my love for fitness during lockdown, I bring a strong and practical nutritional background into every aspect of my coaching. As a committed runner and Hyrox athlete myself, I understand the demands of endurance sport, hybrid training and the importance of nutrition day to day. Whether the goal is simply just to improve fitness, lose weight, build muscle, run faster or preparing for a competition, I can help build effective and sustainable training & nutrition plans.
