Your group will train together twice per week with one of our expert Personal Trainers who will guide you through your journey.
Your training sessions will have a strong focus on technique building and progressive overload to maximise your results.
You'll be given full nutritional support with specific calorie and macro targets designed to ensure you hit your goals.
You will also be given the Body Hub App to help track training, calories and macros, measurements, steps and easy to follow meal plans.
