Group Training Sessions Of Up To 20 People



A HIIT style workout using lots of different pieces of equipment. Fantastic for maximising fat burning and increasing overall fitness level. Suitable for all levels as you can select your own weights and work at your own pace.

Box Hub

A boxing session using our punch bags with a focus on technique and overall fitness.

This session also includes resistance training to tone and condition the body.

We ask that members bring their own boxing gloves to this session.


Booty Hub

A lower body bootcamp session with extra focus on the glutes. This session is suitable to everyone as you can adjust your weights and train at your own level.
