A session designed around the Hyrox competition. You will complete rower, skierg, sled and more while mixing in a short outdoor run in between each station. This is an intense session but gets intense results.
A boxing session using our punch bags with a focus on technique and overall fitness.
This session also includes resistance training to tone and condition the body.
We ask that members bring their own boxing gloves to this session.
A lower body bootcamp session with extra focus on the glutes. This session is suitable to everyone as you can adjust your weights and train at your own level.
