Train like you’ve entered the arena.

Our Hyrox class is built for those preparing for the Hyrox event—or anyone wanting a taste of elite functional fitness. Expect high-intensity training that combines strength, endurance, and grit. We mimic race elements to build stamina, speed and mental toughness.
