Personal Trainer

Laura has had a passion for fitness that originates from her childhood.  She feels strongly that great fitness, health and well-being is achievable by all.


As a mother of two, Laura knows all too well the obstacles that busy, professional women face on a daily basis and is well versed in helping others overcome those obstacles. She offers a simplistic approach to training, weight loss and nutrition which helps to facilitate lifelong changes for her clients.


Whatever the starting point, Laura is there to help, support and provide accountability to her clients and help push them to achieve the results that are so often thought of as unachievable.
