Small Group

Our small group personal training programme offers you more support than you usually receive attending fitness sessions or workouts on your own. We’ll have a clear focus on your goals and plan a timeline to get you there.

There are 168 hours in a week and we’re here not just to provide you with guidance for 2 of them, but to support you outside of your workouts too (with thanks to technology). Our integrated approach keeps you motivated, focused, accountable and excited as you make progress.

Your progress will be tracked on a regular basis using our Body Hub training app, we’ll map your starting point, help you to set realistic fitness goals and track your progress.

Your small group transformation is based on mutual accountability, knowing you’re in a fitness partnership is a great way to stay on track.

We typically suit those who aren’t a fan of regular gyms, looking for a relaxed, friendly environment. At our private studio there’s no need to worry about trying to avoid crowds or peak times. You can feel at ease knowing you’re not working out in front of a large audience. 

You’ll get the personal attention of our professional fitness coaches at a fraction of the cost of personal training on a one-to-one basis. Whilst enjoying a friendly and supportive environment, where you’re not just a number.
